Mental Health Services

At Mend, we are now accepting new patients and offer compassionate mental health services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, telehealth, teen counseling, and family support. Our skilled therapists address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to relational and existential challenges. We provide standard sessions from $100 to $190, with discounted rates available and counselors in training offering services at $50. Guided by values of relational, curious, and community care, we also bring expertise in the intersection of spirituality and psychology.

Rates

Rates vary depending on the level of experience. 

  • Standard rates:  Range from $100 to $190 per 45-minute session. Most of our therapists reserve spots for discounted therapy. Please inquire about reduced rates with individual therapists when scheduling an appointment.

  • Counselor in training rates: Providing services at rates of $50 per 45-minute session.

Most of the therapists at Mend have specialized training in the intersections of spirituality and psychology. We find that these matters emerge naturally thru the course of ongoing therapeutic dialogue and are met with both an informed understanding and an open curiosity.
